CONCEPT
The Alternate currency project gave us the chance to work with different forms of layering and other techniques in Photoshop that we had not been exposed to before. In my design I created a currency for a reality where one of the state bird and state represented renewable energy is displayed on the Swedish Krona (Kr).
INSPIRATION
The inspiration behind my design came from an appreciation for the beauty but also the progressiveness of Sweden. I wanted to encapsulate not only the natural beauty of the country, but also their commitment to renewable energy, and their focus on sustainability and environmental consciousness.
